Upon the completion of your website project, and receipt of this Approval Form by our team, you will be charged any remaining set up fees that remain. The website hosting will also begin, if it has not already been started during the development phase. You will receive an email receipt when the charges have been applied.

From this point forward, any changes to the website, updates, or technical services that are requested by the Client may be charged related fees to the service requested.
Copyright Policy: It is Client’s responsibility to ensure that all content and images submitted to Internet Media is original content and free from third-party copyright or trademark protection, or to obtain permission to use from the copyright or trademark owner. No “borrowed” images (do not right-mouse-click and save). Please provide us with your own photos and content that you have permission or a license to use.
